There is a lynch mob mentality here toward the driver and judicial system over what seems to be an accident. He was not speeding nor was he intoxicated and/or high. The judicial system had no charges against the driver. Is it supposed to make up charges to pin on the driver? This could have happened to you, me or one of our friends or family members. This particular person just happened to be in the wrong place when two children ran into the street. On the other hand, who was supposed to have these young children in their care, custody and control? Perhaps the judicial system needs to enact a new law...Felony-Parental Neglect! A video would be very helpful in making an accurate judgment call...but as it stands, it seems like it was a devastating accident.
