A little bit of knowledge is a dangerous thing. Martin Luther did not attack the Church solely because "it was corrupt," as Mrs. Chastain's teacher would have it.

Luther was unable to keep his vow of chastity, and had other moral problems, which is why he invented his theology denying free will.

Mrs. Chastain needs to read some history, and her RICA teacher would be well advised to do the same.
