They are a great way to add storage, we have two tall ones in our living room that I am planning on doing the same thing to. This time I would definitely add more color though. The great thing about the bead board is that no matter what color you decide to go with you can still see the detail of it.

They are amazing for just about everything. We had them in our lower cabinets and they were just so wasted there. They pantry just worked out so much better for practical use, but I still have one for all my food storage containers and I can tell you it helps so much with food organization!
