I'm always hearing about these jobs that was created. created for who and were did the peoples get hired from. I'm sick and tired of hearing what was created, when are we going to see results? To me only people getting this money is the city which is giving it to construction companies that bid for contract and helping there peoples so tell me how is this helping the people of Elkhart with jobs?
