I can understand that, but what are you going to tell your family when it happens again? "Sorry we got flooded twice now but this home just has so much sentimental value." The way I see it, it's like a bad relationship... If it went bad once, it's eventually going to happen again. You might as well start over sooner than later.

"Rudderless" kids who don't know the basic concept of obeying authority??? These kids are 5!!! They're just learning how to wipe their own a.ss and tie their shoes without using bunny ears. I think this was more of an adventure for the kids rather than them trying to stick it to the man.
