I'm currently obsessed with Gundam Build Fighters and it's sequel at the moment. It's an amazing show for what is essentially a toy commercial for an old established series.

I am the biggest Transformers fan I know, but I hate hate hate bayformers. If anything, MLP doesn't deserve to be referenced in this movie. Also: TRANSFORMIUM!?!?! why don't they just call it Macguffimite?

IKNOWRIGHT. More Than Meets the Eye is one of the best comics currently running. It even featured the first canon gay transformer couple, Chromedome and Rewind. (note: gender is a very confusing and even infuriating thing in IDW's run on transformers, but they have made strides in fixing it in recent months with Transformers: Windblade.)

I think the best crossover would be Transformers Animated. The artistic styles would look great together, and there can never be enough animated.
