And where is the father? You can't control your son because boys need to be disciplined differently than girls. This whole CPS is getting out of control and the young kids have more rights than the parents do. How does a "time out" fix the situation? It doesn't!!! I don't mean that fathers need to go out and beat their kids. A belt across the behind has never hurt a child if he does it not out of hate(remember I'm talking about "boys"). It's the whole act of the father pulling out his belt, and bending the boy across his knee, and then giving him a "spanking" . As a young kid learned very fast what happens when I do break the rules.
I'm starting to wonder if the unions are really looking out for us or their own pocket book. SPEEA use to be a open union and you didn't need to pay dues. When we did go out on strike and then did accept the contract. It became a closed shop and you had to pay. Just kinda makes you wonder....
You're right. Just because you have a degree doesn't mean that you are smart. I'm a SPEEA member and work with IAM members on new instls. There are many mechanics that are very talented and know what they are doing and have great ideas on how to do the engineering a little bit better.
This person has no clue what is going on. Boeing is outsourcing SPEEA jobs. What do you think the Boeing Design Center is for in Moskow. I was training a person from there on how to do my job.
Not that many at all. It's pretty much dead in the factory. Also, don't take some of the post too seriously. There are people out there just trying to yank peoples chains.
