Sen. Brown sounds like an idiot. He says businesses need to have the right to hire based on their needs but shouldn't have a right to discriminate against the unemployed. Is that why Obama put in his jobs bill that employers who interview out of work people can be sued if they don't hire them? Now THAT is a brilliant piece of legislation; don't discriminate against out of work people but plan on a lawsuit if you don't hire them after you've interviewed them. There is not one person, including the entire congress and administration, worth interviewing who might cost a business that much.
