Why does it take the date being set for this new DNA testing to be done and this new possible witness to come forward. If it was going make a difference in this guys case why the heck did the lawyers wait until now to do the testing. Also to me this new witness is out for his 15 minutes of fame. Just more money flying out the window that could go elsewhere.
Apparently you didn't read all of my comment. I said I knew why they were there, just that it didn't look good them just standing around doing nothing. They could have had two lines going to make things go a little faster.
I live on the Olympic Peninsula, twice I have been stuck in the long lines waiting to go thru the checkpoints. Both times I had a long wait. I understand why they are doing the checkpoints but when I got to the actual checkpoint, there was two officers doing the checking and several other officers just standing around shooting the bull. I realize that they would need extra bodies if they actually found a "terrorist" instead of an illegal alien but it looked bad for people to be just standing around.
