Thanks for your comments. Yes, disallowing doesn't remove them from index which should be followed by URL removal request in GWT which is explained in the post.

Alternate URL's are similar to booking a .net, .info domains when the main website is running in .com, not every webmaster redirect it properly. Most of the cases, the additional domains will be pointing to the existing website resulting in duplicate URLs.

ThatsSEO.com : SEO Keywords Ranking Report Template

Hi Wouter, Of course I understand that it is much easier to directly mention the ranking of the keyword but normally a user wouldn't understand it that easily which is why I have defined it in-depth. For a client it is important to show the monthly improvement of the keyword ranking so you need to mention the ranking even if it is after page one. The post is targeted towards SEO clients.

ThatsSEO.com : Any Form of Paid Links = SPAM by Google

@mark - Agreed, if you have read the content above the SPAM report form it states that in egregious case only they remove the content from the index and in all other case they use the data to improve their ranking and filtering algo. I suppose paid links report will help them to improve their algo by some filtering. In case of actions I only remember the PageRank penalization that too when Google has started considering Paid Links as SPAM nothing much after that.

@saurav - Google might look for some parameters like Paid Links, Sponsored Links, Sponsored Listings etc in the pages to detect through its algorithm apart from webmaster reports. The relevancy matters a lot and I'm sure still SEOs will rely on paid links to get quality, relevant links since they are no longer free.
