the cops are out of control everywhere you go nowadays,, when they exclaim that their taser is their weapon of choice and they use it so willing ,, killing someones dog is nothing for them.. This cop should be tarred and feathered and ran out of Shelley,, and not towards IF,, straight to the lava beds and with no shoes..He is nothing but a PUNK.
