Abortion law is settled law. OK, I'll accept that if Freedom of Speech is settled law and the right to bear arms is settled law and the right to private property is settled law. Give me a break - these 'progressives' only consider the laws THEY like as settled law - things that are ACTUALLY in the constitution are up for debate?!?!?!?!?!
