\"I'd be cleaning up Pepsi\" --HA! Fortunately, they co-existed peacefully for the night. Then Pepsi skedaddled and we don't have to see it again.

That line was inspired by a storyteller in my life...whose memories of an event never quite line up with mine. And I'm always left wondering what really happened. Glad you stopped by to visit.

No, that wouldn't work. You could probably disable it, though. Or put a sticky note over that part of the screen. =)

June 23? Wow! I bet y'all start up again later or have more holidays during the year. We start at the end of August. But I'm not worried about that yet. For now, summer is here and we are ready!

1) One more reason not to browse the internet while at work. =) There were more funny things David wrote, but the wedgie one was the best!
2) The Hunger Games is on my list already. Im saving up to buy the books. I already know Ill like them!

the science of music : What NOT to do in the Kitchen!

If I had done all that in one day, I don't think I'd be allowed in the kitchen again! =D The first one, with the salt, happened when I was in 4th grade. Let's just say I learned my lesson well!

the science of music : Project: Simplify {week 5}

Those kinds of items are the hardest to handle. It's ok to let them go if they have absolutely no place in your home. It's better to let someone else use and enjoy an item than have it sit in the attic forever. If it's some kind of family heirloom, then it's ok to see if someone else in the family can use it. But if it's too valuable to let go, then is there an out of the way place to display it? A guest bedroom? Unused corner of the house? Your school room? Or you can create a space just for those kinds of items, like a shelf dedicated to those things that have special memories attached. You can make it into a conversation piece rather than allowing it to become a piece of junk. There were a few things like this that I debated over - a few, I let go, and others, I'm hanging onto for at least a while longer.

I'm sure we could find a duet to play! Or, we could go the Biblical route and \"make a joyful NOISE!\" Either way, if it's for Him, it's perfect.
