When people let their egos get the most of them on the road and block others from merging or changing lanes, or desperately try to speed up to beat somebody else so they can merge ahead rather than just get behind them I feel like banging my head on the wall. People put a lot of effort into being stupid on the road and increasing danger (lose/lose), when really it is 1000 times easier to simply use your brain and be cautious and reduce danger (win/win). Incentives to encourage removal of vehicles that are improperly parked is no problem to me. I'm tired of seeing non-disabled, no-placard-or-sticker-in-the-window people parking in handicap spots, or people blocking parts of a parking lot to park by a red curb next to the store because they are too lazy to walk, or stupid kids who think it's cool to park their trucks on the curb.
