i believe it has somthing to do with abolishing of gold standards by fed.By doing so it has become more powerful.Now it can manipulate anything be it interest rate,value of dollar,and crude.Now bush wants to dig for oil in OCS and he is forcing the OCS states to open their shores for oil drilling and profit from it.
