Let's assume that PF's numbers are accurate.

Because there are dead people on the rolls that does not mean that they are voting.
But, lets say that 100% of them are voting.
It is unreasonable to say they are all voting in the same place. If all 24,000 fraudulent voters all showed up in a place like Quincy we would notice. So lets assume they are distributed all around the state.

So 24k in a state of 12M is roughly 0.2% if the all voted. That is a rounding error.

I say that if that is all then the voting people are actually doing a good job of scrubbing the roles.

It can't be slander.... it is written not spoken.

I know nothing about the merits of this case but at best it could be considered libel.

The difference is the spin.

Educating people about global warming is a fine non profit organization. An organization to elect candidate X because of his ecological standpoint is not.

An organization that educates people about the Constitution is legal. But Obama is a Socialist Kenyan society is not.

In this day and age of mass market messaging the lines get blurred and I am much more in favor of the mentality of Tax everyone until proven not guilty myself in this area.

I would argue that acknowledging climate change is much more dynamic of a view than the people who deny it.

I see two camps.

1) people who see potential environmental consequences to our actions and would like to lessen them when technologically and practically possible.

2) people who don't care and strive for only $$

Those things could be considered in the same camp as global warming since they are all man made Hoooo :P
