This really makes to me sad to see such a terrible loss of sense for common decency and consideration. I was personally shocked to hear that there is a three pet rule because I know there are a lot of other people not following that rule. I think rules are importent but in some cases such as this one their shoud be given some consideration for special circumstances especially when the cats appear very well cared for .
