KOMO - Seattle, WA : Sedro-Woolley man accused of driving drunk with boy in car | Local & Regional | Seattle News, Weathe

Drunk driving laws need a serious make over. Upon conviction of DUI or even a lesser plea deal all vehicles in the persons name should be confiscated and sold at auction and that money should bu put into a fund for people crippled by drunk drivers. Furthermore a license should be suspended for a year, regardless of the final charge. A second offense should carry a minimum year in jail and permanent license suspension, and a third offense should be considered a third strike and carry a minimum 25 year sentence. How many innocent people need to die before the government decides to make a serious step in the right direction to end this epidemic. Driving with underage kids, hit and run, police, legislators and any elected official should serve double a mandatory sentence if driving while impaired..

KOMO - Seattle, WA : Man accused of asking to suck women\'s toes | Offbeat | Seattle News, Weather, Sports, Breaking News

It's a shame they name him but not the women. Not exactly a line I would use as an ice breaker, but it seems pretty tame by today's standards. 20 years after he made a morbid comment, looks like he toned down his approach a bit. Almost sounds like harassment by the women and police.

KOMO - Seattle, WA : Union: Documents show Boeing aimed to trump unions | Local & Regional | Seattle News, Weather, Sport

If strikes cost a business money, then moving elsewhere to avoid unions and the possibility of strikes, to turn a profit is just good business sense. Boeing moving is not Boeing's fault, it is the unions fault, they made their bed, now they can lay in it. Sadly in doing so they cost a lot of other people here the possibility of new jobs, I am sure the unemployed %9+ appreciate that.

"The NLRB contends that Boeing opened the second line in right-to-work South Carolina to punish union workers in Washington state over a series of costly strikes. NLRB assistant general counsel Lafe Solomon wants Boeing to move the new line to Washington state." Copied from the story that we are commenting on. You are an idiot that obviously can't read, and really shouldn't post a comment. I can only assume you went to school in Tacoma.

There has been so much publicity regarding this case that there will never be a prosecution, instead we will see several mistrials and the story will fade into oblivion. And after every news organization on the planet is done over-sensationalizing this story to death, and every suspect walks away free of any wrong doing, we will all blame the judicial system and the police instead of looking at our own role in the mess.

HAHA I love this news. Unions want to strike, hold businesses hostage, then when their tactics drive business away they cry fowl. It's time to put an end to ALL unions, all they do is F legitimate business, and in this case, drive jobs away from people that really need them. Way to go guys.

Eh..... If you lose half a billion dollars acquired from what appears to be rushed government loan, I am not sure NOT talking will help save your ass. If these two do not do any federal prison time it's because politicians involved in pushing the deal through helped them cover their tracks. How many separate off shore bank accounts do you think these two have? Not to mention property and other investments. They will probably disappear and pay some third world government to live out their days, untouchable, on a ranch in the mountains somewhere, after taking another payout from guilty politicians as hush money.

If he gets sentenced to prison rest assured that he will not leave alive. Being a cop in prison is a death sentence, being convicted of a murder like this, it will be swift. Every officer at the scene should be sentenced for murder for not stopping this. If any of these douchebags died on the job they would be hailed as heroes and people would have thrown money at their families. It's time to start coming down hard on out of control police. Crimes committed by police should carry a mandatory sentence triple that of a citizen.

Why did they get arrested? For blocking traffic in a peaceful manner? What about the critical mass ass clowns? Why are they never arrested for FAR worse tactics and traffic problems. The time for a revolt against Seattle police has arrived people. The entire force needs to be forcefully removed and dealt with.

Such a huge waste of tax payer money to build stadiums for pathetic teams. I mean seriously..... The Seattle Storm is the best team this state as ever had, but who the hell gives a rats ass about women's basketball. The hawks and mariners need to move on, the players are vastly overpaid and consistently underperform. Lol when a women's team out performs you in every possibly way just give up. The only fans still PAYING to watch these special olympic rejects are the ones with no self respect.
