When will Costco start selling it in bales?
It's never going to pass so all you potheads don't get your hopes up. As long as there are churches (TAX FREE at that!) , this kind of behavior will still be illegal.

No one ever said Washington "lawmakers" were very smart. Leave the system alone. It's not broken and you will lose a lot more than the $18M "bounty" you think you will make in charging Oregonians tax. Besides Walmart would have to deprogram their checkers to quit asking "Washington or Oregon?".

The state didn't do anything for Clark County in 2004 when we faced a similar weather occurance. Guess that shows where the Vancouver WA area is on the food chain in Olympia!

Washington has a governor that takes care of that....she tells them to go to the tax offices and dump their wages and savings account there to further her "causes".
