It would be your cell provider. It's possible you have bad coverage or that your phone just needs to have a software update. If you truly feel it's your Bluetooth then you need to invest in a new one. May I suggest the JAWBONE from Verizon Wireless. It's totally worth the $150.00. I have one so do many of the semi truck drivers I see and work with every day. You do not have to be a VZW customer to buy one either. it will work with any phone that is Bluetooth compatible. The "Women" driver is actually a 16 year old teenager. She DID try to get the 14 & 2 year old passanger out but was not able to. SO maybe before ya'll go ASSUMING this was a parent you should check out other news outlets and get all the info.. They have found the car as of about 10 mins ago & the dont belive the two that went down with the car are alive.
