Method 1 is assuming you have already downloaded Terminal (which is a program everyone should download STRAIGHT after jailbreaking). Try a different method if you don't have it.

Turn your PSP COMPLETELY off by holding down the off switch for 10 seconds. Then turn it on again and as soon as you flick the switch, hold down the R button and it should boot into recovery menu.

Can't you just rename the icon to music rather than iPhone? Otherwise you used to be able to use an app called Rename to rename apps. I don't know if it works on 3.0 now but check Cydia and see what it says.

I didn't manage though according to someone on MacThe es2.net, if you remove the Lockbackground.HTML file and then it works fine. I may try again.
