Serious, I went to the Albany izzy's last weekend and got grilled chicken and my son had macncheese... I ran a 2 Triathlons an month this last summer and ate at an Izzys every weekend? Why - it is the healthiest place I can find to make a HUGE salad and still let my wife and kids eat what they want. I am an adult so don't blame the messenger just cause I eat too much!
