Clearly he was intoxicated, but he was under the influence of alcohol and marijuana, not meth and heroin. I hate to see the news take advantage of a lost life by using a such an extremely vague and encompassing word simply to promote more article views. This was a sad time for everyone in the Pacific Northwest, especially for the family. So please, don't slander the name anymore than you already have.
