Lets make it a bit more even for all people who use Insulin they should pay $10.00 tax per dose, Vigira users should pay $25.00 tax per dose, Rogain $25.00 tax per week of use, Aspirin $5.00 tax per bottle. OMMP don't receive any help from insurance companies or the state, so is the $98.00 tax and the price of the med's going to be covered by health insurance? The Oregon Plan? Then can cannabis medical users come out of the closet like people addicted to nicotine , will the tax on that drug go up also? They tax / sell sick people a permit to grow their own meds, but first you have to go on the streets and find plants they offer 0 help in all areas of growing.
