This woman was acting defensively after being strongly handled by the officer. Her friend then seeing the excessive handling made what could be considered a dumb move and tried to help her friend. The officer's aggression escalated this situation unnecessarily and he caused a fight or flight response in the girls. Being that they are still kids learning their place with authority they responded to the officer's aggression poorly. He is the one trained to deal with situations, and the only adult. This video is very clear that he didn't like that the friend gave him a shove and decked her without a second thought.
