Specifically draft Constitutional Amendments for our "Top 10" and force State Legislatures to call for Convention. Stop ALL personal spending in the district of any state legislator who opposes it. This will mobilize the entire business community to force their support or replace the legislator.

Term Limits at 2 terms (below) will force return to the private sector.
However, by requiring ALREADY-RETIRED members to forfeit Retirement Pay & Benefit when CURRENT members over-reach, we make it personal enough to get the old guard to help stop the problem.

Establish Campaign Contribution Accounting Office that receives and validates all Federal Contributions prior to depositing them in Candidate Accounts, including verification of U.S. Citizenship, validation that Contributions fall within Cumulative Limits and web-posting of their Name, Employer and Union Membership.
(We need to be able to publically identify kick-back earmarks and campaign-contribution bribes.)

Cap combined Pay & Benefit increases for all elected officials at the change in the Cost of Living Index
(We need them to be in this together; more Benefits should mean less Pay.)
Require every Government employee to personally fund every Benefit of any form through Payroll Deduction
(We need them to be in this together; no free ride for Social Security, Health Care, Retirement, etc.)

Cancel Pay & Benefit Increases for all Government employees for the year following any year that Total Government Spending grows.
(We need incentives for them to eliminate waste and increase productivity just like the private sector.)
