An endorsement is required to ride a motorcycle and a boaters education program is currently being phased in but we turn people loose to tow trailers with zero education. The main roads are in decent shape but the plows have pushed the snow to the shoulders so the driveways to many area businesses are very deep and lots of cars are getting stuck.
