My point was to try to create a distinguishable difference between a man's wallet, and a man's worth, worth in this case meaning how other people see and judge him. I'm personally happy with my job, this was written to those in the situation, or who know someone who is, which I'm sure most people do. It happens quite often, and people stay with the job out of necessity. Starting their own business is a great way for people to get out of these situations, and follow their dreams. Small businesses usually carry better business practices, and treat their customers and employees better. I strongly believe anyone not happy with their job, and with a dream, should take this path.
