I will definitely share your comments with Mike Stauffer (architect) and Glenn Layton Homes (builder). The home really is a perfect floorplan. One of my favorite features were the built-ins in the foyer - perfect for kids to slide their backpacks, umbrellas, etc. in a neat space without being thrown all over the foyer. But the kitchen is my ABSOLUTE favorite. And to answer your question, sadly "no" --- no one affiliated with Paradise Key South Beach was eligible for the home :( We lived vicariously through you all! ((sigh))
