KOMO - Seattle, WA : Lazy mailman played hookie, then burned or dumped letters | Seattle News, Weather, Sports, Breaking

I just have to say something. I am a rural mail carrier. All of the carriers in our office are really angry over this sentence and we wonder why someone wouldn't just quit if they either didn't like the job or found it too difficult for them. Most of us try our hardest to do the best job possible. I love my job and to see someone make us look so bad is disheartening As for the rural craft, we don't have great benefits like everyone seems to think. We do receive a decent wage but we pay for our own health care and retirement. . One other thing, until you do this job yourself, you don't understand that it is more difficult than you would think, both mentally and physically.

Either someone is sorry for what they've done wrong or they are not. Not everyone has a conscience. How do you rehabilitate someone into changing their character?

KOMO - Seattle, WA : German dog to be neutered after 17-puppy litter | Seattle News, Weather, Sports, Breaking News | KOM

It sounds like these people are being very responsible in the way they are handling this. They are screening prospective owners to try for a great match. They aren't allowing just anyone to have one of these puppies. It is the irresponsible people and puppy mills that are causing the problems. The people that say they want to have just one litter so their kids can see puppies born. A responsible breeder will take back any dog they have produced and find another home for it. They also spend hundred of dollars per dog for genetic and health tests so owners will have a better chance of having a happy, healthy dog. Those are the ones you should be buying puppies from.
