Better question-should we allow gas stations to sell cold "40's" in a paper bag that everyone knows is going to be consumed in the car. Perhaps beer should be sold warm so that it needs to be placed in the refrigerator at home before consuming. It's easier to buy cold beer on most stores than cold pop. I lost someone close to a drunk driver, and I can't believe that more comments are made about where cigarettes are sold.
