I hope he realizes that the victims he has tormented throughout the years will never forget and/or never forgive him for what he had done. He took something very special away from the victims that they will never get back and he has himself to blame. I feel for the individuals that had to go through this and I hope and pray to god that the victims will seek counseling to help them through it. Every time I read something about this, it makes me sick to my stomach and I hold my fist in rage. I know how these victims feel because it has happened to me. I have never forgotten or have never forgave the person who did it to me. The person was never convicted because I was at a young age and too afraid to speak out to anyone until years later. I hope this guy rots in prison, receives a LIFE sentence, has his man-hood choped off and goes straight to h*ll. This guy does NOT deserve to be out in society. He deserves to be in a cell with Big Bubba. It was stupid on the system's part to let him out the first time!!!!! Call me cruel, call me cold hearted, call me heartless, call me anything you want....I really do not care!
So this new law does not affect facory workers who work at GM, ETM, Ventra/Meridian among many others? This is where I get confused.
I was one years old when this happened. After reading this, I am actually scared to death of this guy. I may not live in Grand Rapids, but give him a few years and he will be just about anywhere; that is what I am scared of. He should have received LIFE in prison without the eligibility of parole!!!!!!! People like this are sick mother ******* who never should be released from prison and should of had his man hood chopped off. I hope these two women are holding their head high and at least have gotten some type of counseling for the trauma this guy has put them through. For the woman who is married with children, I am pretty sure that it took her YEARS before she could EVER trust another male. I know it would me.
In my eyes, reading something like this from this sick-o, I have to say that he is 110% guilty and if we still had the death penalty here in Michigan I think that would be the best place for him. He had no right doing what he had done. I don't care if it was 30 years ago or if it happened yesterday. This sick-o deserves everything he gets and then some. This POS does not deserve to live!!!
I could not have said it better than what you did. I will not state the person's name that molested me, but I can say that it did not happen while walking. It happend inside of their vehicle on a back country road. I "thought" I could trust the person because I was close to them, but after that I had no trust in the person at all. And yes these sick B*st*rds deserve to have their genitalia removed!!!
I agree 110%. I was molested when I was seven and when I came forward to the police about who did it because I brought up a different case on the person, they told me that they cannot charge the person of that beings how it happend years ago. I think sick people like this should be charged for it regardless if the incident had occured years ago and screw the statue of limitations! Sorry this just makes me very angry talking about it.
tds,
In reply to your post, I have lived in Kalamazoo but I was there for a short time. The reason.....it was getting bad and I did not want to be around the type of environment where there were nothing but drive-bye shootings, things of this nature, and other types of crimes. I know of a few ppl who I am close to that live there and they have told me many times that Kalamazoo is getting worse since I have moved back to my home town. And things of this nature is just the top of the ice berg.
I think I am going to copy and paste this into my class room for my classmates and professor to read. We already discussed use of force by police officers, but we never talked about use of force made by suspects. This is just unbelievable. This is the FIRST time I actually heard or read anything like this. Hopefully the suspect and the "onlookers" who joined in beating the officer, saying "kill him" and destroying his car will ALL spend a long time in the slammer.
I agree with bar67,
If this law does go into effect, I think police officers should obey and uphold this law as well. What makes them anymore different than the rest of us? They are only human who put their pants on the same way we do. Just because they wear a badge and carry guns doesnt mean they are any different. All in all, I think this law will pass. If teens and parents cannot afford the $100 and the $200 for numerous offenses maybe they should think twice about their actions.
Republican_Bill,
I must agree with you here. I do not know Mr. Foley either, but ever since I have been keeping a close eye on this case I have a good reason to believe that Mr. Foley is innocent. Even though I do not have the proof that he is indeed innocent, I firmly believe that his wife's killer is still out there and that who ever it is does not want to fess up to the murder. I have believed from the very git-go that Mr. Foley did not murder his wife. If I could, I would actually sit down and write to Mr. Foley myself just to let him know that I am on his side. As a matter of fact, I may just go ahead and do that. It's against my morals to write to individuals who are in prison or those who are waiting to server their time, but for Mr. Foley..I will write him.
