Um...no...not justifiable. They had no justifiable reason to EXPECT that there would be jobs waiting for them just because they got that piece of paper from college. That is not proof of their value to either society or any business. Make efforts, prove your value and then you can get what you deserve....based on your efforts. Shame they were not raised properly. I was raised to work hard first....get paid later. In fact, I was MORE concerned about getting the job done right than getting paid. And when I felt that I was NOT getting paid what I was worth...I walked....and found another job. That's how it's done.

Rudy Hermann Guede was sentenced and jailed for the murder even before Amanda's 1st trial was over. Read the details of his case (and his fleeing the country immediately after the crime) and it is pretty clear who is guilty. No reasonable doubt for this scum --who admitted being there when she was murdered (but, um was just in another room listening to an Ipod?), had blood on his hands, caught a few days before sleeping in an empty building carrying an 11in. knife, etc.,etc. The whole case with Amanda was some sick fantasy of the prosecutor. Feh....what do you expect from a legal system that now has seismologists on trial for MURDER because they failed to predict an earthquake! Amanda may not be a saint, but she deserved none of this sh*t.
