And to those who find 'fault' with people who live by these rivers - there are many homes and businesses that have been located by these rivers for many many years. Do these writers propose that these homes and businesses be relocated elsewheres- and at whose expense? Maybe the gvts because they fully authorize and allow the conditions and situations that contribute to these floods.
I fear that with even more housing developments going in the surrounding areas (for example, close to 1,200 MORE homes to be built in the Duvall area alone (with gvt approval of course) these 'historic floods will become a yearly event .

and as the KOMO4 news story said -the reason these 'historifc' floods keep happening - yup - humans! Yes, there have been floods in these areas before -but the severty of the foods-with such destruction - mostly the blame is on humans who are contributing to the problem - overdevelopment of housing, clearcutting, changing the flow of the rivers - noone to blame but ourselvs.

That being said, the gvt -knowingly permitting the above actions and then allowing people to live by these rivers - because we all know that the gvt knows so much more and better than mere people ;) - there lies more blame.

What happens to the homeless who have pets? Do they allow the people with their pets inside these shelters or are the homeless individuals who have pets forced to try to make it outside?

Naw - maybe it would be more 'fun' to make you a defenseless moving target and shoot bb's or bullets at you while you run around trying to avoid harm and injury-......Would you still think I was 'fine in the head' ? Didn't think so. Your excuse - but they are just animals --is not a justification for the actions just like using a possible excuse for you might be that the world is overpopulated with jerks anyway would not be an acceptable excuse.

You might want to get off that high fence of yours while you are accusing others of being closed minded, while at the same time you are exhibiting the same closed mindedness.

Hope they find whoever did this because whoever did, needs seriously metal help. It is a known fact that those who harm defensless animals will grow up to harm people. Every serial killer started out this way. Well adjusted kids, teens and adults do NOT harm defenseless animals in this manner.
