Unfortunately the students who did this were already gone and so was the dog. I always take the opportunity to get animals out of bad situations when I can and to educate people when I can. The HSBV does not actually do the adoption on campus, they entice the students by bringing puppies and then tell them to get a note from their landlord and come to the shelter where they can adopt an animal. What I DID do was complain to HSBV and it did nothing. I stood in front of their entry and told people that they euthanize healthy, adoptable animals of which I had 3 at the time. So, if you do something, it would be great. Thank you for caring. Jan
