While I fully realize capital punishment is not a punishment on the books for crimes such as child abuse or sexual abuse, it really should be. Compassion for these individuals?? Really??? It absolutely eludes me why on earth they would deserve any compassion from anyone. They showed no compassion towards another human being and probably treated their dog better. In my opinion, a person who harms another human being in the manner and degree in which they did, really doesn't value human life, and should not be allowed to enjoy their own!. They obviously cannot contribute to society in a compassionate and caring manner at the most basic of levels, and the thought of hard working people's tax dollars going to take care of them is asinine to say the least. That alone is too much compassion!

Thankfully, Florida has an excellent reputation for acutally utilizing capital punishment which is the only fitting end for two incredibly awful people. The less of my hard earned money used to take care of creeps like these so-called "parents," and others like them, the better! Free healthcare, better cable television and tv's than I own, a free gym membership - all things that are not free to me and I have not committed a crime, but am a hard-working citizen. I think putting criminals away for life is a joke. I vote capital punishment for anyone who treats a child in this manner!
