My grandfather busted his ass to get out of his country and bring the rest of his family from Europe legally. I feel a little bad for this kid, America is the only home he has known but he's been here long enough that his parents should have taken steps to legalize the whole family. Those truck drivers that couldn't make their deliveries today probably made ZERO today and the longshoreman that they "stood in solidarity" with stayed home and still got paid. This whole thing is really getting old. They need a focus. It seems like they're protesting anything and everything.

It's so frustrating. I consider myself a liberal but support the death penalty, especially in cases where the convicted ASKS for the sentence to be carried out! I'm really pissed off about this. So if a governor is elected that opposes abortions, are abortions banned in the state while that person is governor? If he can do this, what else can he do, that's the question I have. I guess it's in our constitution that he can do this, but I see it as an abuse of power.

Honestly I don't hear much that I didn't hear the first time around... Watching it again, I still don't see "brutal force". They pulled him up by his arms, and he moved his legs on his own. I don't doubt that is back is seriously hurting him. I don't think he's "faking it". But, he aggravated a previous injury that had nothing to do with the protest, and I just don't see that as the police bureau's fault.

Yesterday's story said he had no new injuries. I watched the video and didn't see any brutal force. Would he have prefer to have been left on the ground and trampled by protesters? Don't make a mountain out of a mole hill, dude! Be glad you weren't nearly killed, like that man in Oakland!
