Here's the problem: while Rep. Hope is gathering momentum for his bill, Sen. Kline is working hard at softening 3 strikes and making it harder to convict someone of 3 strikes and you're out. While we all applaud Rep. Hope, make sure you watch what Sen. Kline is doing.

Obviously, you didn't do so well in history or civics in school. Last time I checked, Robert Bird, who did try and stop the Civil Rights Act, is a liberal democrat, just to name one. You need to go back and brush up on history. It wasn't the republicans that tried to stop the Civil Rights Act.
You should use your mind, what little you portray in your written words and erroneous thoughts, and just listen to what is said in the mainstream media. Then, pick a subject and do the research, all of the research, not just that which satisfies your odd realities of the truth.
