I will begin to have a little more compassion when they tear out all the underground irrigation for non-essential non-native grass for things like the local country club. These droughts cycle around on a 15 to 31 year curve so once they are here its going to last two or three years so shut these wastful eneties off until we get in the clear. If these aquafiers are pumped down it you either drill deeper or you wait for a flood to recharge.
