Hi David. I'm no WordPress expert, but the Intensedebate plug-in seems to have greater functionality - commenters can log in using accounts from social networking sites, develop rankings, as well as it has better thread tracking features.

Cliff, agreed there's certainly value in reading the works of those who can keenly observe, dissect what they see, and communicate well.

Leading By Thinking : The Best Place to Find Outsourced Talent

Ryan- Thanks for the kinds words. The company that created the site was Hivistasoft. Here is a link to their page: <a href="http://www.elance.com/experts/ukraine_europe_ukraine_kyiv/ecommerce_wordpress/310345
http://www.elance.com/experts/ukraine_europe_ukra... />
Elance has a robust feedback system. Ideally, so you can have maximum confidence in your provider, select one with a very high feedback rating (I recommend picking one whose percentage is above 98%) and who also has significant experience on the site (at least 20 projects). Good luck!

Russell- Thanks for your thoughts. I appreciate your taking the time to share them. As for current Jewish teaching on tithing, I am sure you are much more an authority than I. Am I correct however in assuming that you're not suggesting that modern Jews should not value generosity? Or by you alluding to Jesus, Peter, and Paul not suggesting that they did not practice and even exhort others to be generous (please correct me If I am misunderstanding)? Paul

Leading By Thinking : Killing the Sale

Trust gaining or reducing activities seem to me to fit into two categories: Universal and Individual-based. As for universal, a focus with the customer's best interest at the center most always gains trust. Lou Holtz put it well when he said that when looking at their leader every team member (or customer, friend, prospect) has three questions: "Can I trust you? Are you committed to excellence? Do you care about me?" If our actions are such that the person answers yes, we know almost certainly gained at least a portion of their trust. As for determining what reduces trust for a specific individual, which I believe is what you're alluding to (and please correct me if I've misunderstood your point), that would certainly be an interesting post topic.

Leading By Thinking : How to Get Paid Twice for Your Work

Thanks Mike. Processes have been key for us. In many ways I think of myself as building a system as much as a "business." Automation is important especially if a business is smaller and can't use specialist staff for a division of skilled labor. We fall halfway in between - some tasks have specialists and some are automated. Not just in operations but customer service and marketing as well. I'd like to devote a post to the subject at some point.
