While ending collective bargaining for public employees is part of the equation, much of the unions anger is over Walker changing the state's practice of remitting automatic dues payments to unions. And this forced dues payment is a very big deal to the bosses. If people have a choice as to whether or not they want to pay union dues it puts a terrible cramp in the money pipeline.
