I am Italian but my wife is everything but. So she learned to cook Italian. Iit didn&#039;t take her long because she liked to cook and loved Italian food. Her sausage, onions and peppers are mouth watering wonderful but we didn&#039;t do it as a sandwich but just onto the plate and devoured them. And it was home made sausage. My wife and I lived in one for 15 years and it was great. Insulation was R56 so we didn&#039;t even need a furnace. We lived in a place that got below freezing and the only thing that was necessary was a gas fireplace in the living room and a free standing gas stove in the master bedroom. Between the two of them the house was kept very comfortable. BTW the house was approximately 1600 Sq. Ft. Straw bale might be something to consider for the next house.
