KIMA - Yakima, WA : Outrage grows over local internet video | KIMA CBS 29 - News, Weather and Sports - Yakima, WA | - Ya

All of the fouls were pretty hard intentional fouls, but I think the refs called it right. But the fifth one in the video was by far flagrant and the player should have been ejected. He basically just tackled him and threw him to the hardwood. And his shyt eating grin while the Highland player was shooting his free throws shows he was pretty proud of it too.

Larry is more delusional than ignorant. The funniest thing about his comments is he actually thinks he's making sense. And his intellect, or should I say lack there of, frustrates him so much he has to resort to childish insults and labeling everyone a racist. It's quite amusing really.

Oh, you mean pruning? Well you said picking. And of course all of these guys are racist klan members. Everyone who happens to be white is to you anyway. You must lead a very sad and depressing life to walk around with such hatred and disdain for another race. I pity you.

KIMA - Yakima, WA : KIMA investigates possible wasteful spending in the Naches School District | KIMA CBS 29 - News, Wea

Wilford, if you want to get on that list of names you first have to be a member of the Naches good ol' boy club. Naches is extremely cliquish. I'm not saying they're bad people. There's more than one person on that list I know personally and I like all of them. It seems like every time a levy comes up for a vote it passes. The school district has become quite used to getting money every time they ask for it. It's time we start rejecting some of these levies and show the school district we are not just an endless supply of cash. But I truly believe Naches is a very good school and has good people working for it. Now Naches town hall on the other hand, that's a whole different story.

KIMA - Yakima, WA : Pile of tires making Yakima drivers double-take | KIMA CBS 29 - News, Weather and Sports - Yakima, W

Just to play devils advocate I don't believe that a car flying out onto the highway has ever happened and I know the track has been there for at least 40+ years. But not to say that isn't possible. The trees actually served as a kind of natural barrier and I think that now that they're gone the track owner should put up a reinforced catch fence like the one they have on the front straight away where the grandstands are at. The tires, ugly or not, do work and protect the driver better than a concrete or steel barrier. This practice is used around the world even at some of the most premier tracks. But they won't stop an airborne car and that's why I think the catch fence is needed. They are kind of an eyesore, but you have to look at it in context to the race track. They're there for a reason and not because it's just some abandoned trash. I think it's worse driving by the treatment plant and smelling all of Yakima's crap then looking at an ugly tire barrier but that's just me.

Sorry to disappoint Larry, but apparently that's what you get for thinking. You lack the basic mental strength to cast me into anything. Usually your comments are so ludicrous and moronic they don't dignify a response. But I'm making an exception this time. In fact I'm surprised KIMA is still giving you a platform to spout you're hate and discontent.

I agree with what you're saying and I am not even a user of marijuana. I think too much time, money and resources are used in the fight against pot. Tying up police, courts, and costing taxpayers millions. I say it sould be decriminalized or even legalized, but with one exception. Employers (government and private) can still reserve the right to test, exclude and terminate people testing positive for marijuana use. Bottom line, if you want to smoke it's your right to do so, but not if you want to work for me.

KIMA - Yakima, WA : State cuts taking money away from needy families | KIMA CBS 29 - News, Weather and Sports - Yakima,

Well Menika sounds deserving. Someone who worked years and years and lost their job through no fault of their own sounds deserving. But someone that continues to have kids over and over again while they can't support the ones they already have, well, not so much. Whatever happened to personal responsibility? And if they really have to spend 40 hrs a week trying to get state benifits sounds like they can spend 40 at a job. You want me to feel sorry for them because they have to do something unpleasant to get free money? Sorry to interupt your pity party but what about people that do unpleasant things everyday at their real jobs?

The difference is some people are more deserving than others. It's no secret that the system is widely abused. For all people knew she was just another freeloader leaching off of the taxpayers. And if that would have been the case I'd say they'd have a pretty valid reason to "judge". But from the sound of it KIMA did not tell the whole story, as usual, so people are going to fill in the blanks.

So the father is getting money from the state also? And they both take care of her grandmother? And that she gets no money at all? No disability S.S. or anything? Sorry I'm just trying to understand but I have a hard time believing that the state would just let her sit on the street and crap her pants. There has to be more to it. Could it be because they save more money than having her in a home?

Marriam-Webster's definition of terrorism- "The use of violent acts to frighten the people in an area as a way of trying to achieve a political goal." By this definition I don't believe that is completely right as there is no political objective I can see but possibly done for financial gain. If I'm wrong please correct me. But, the violence and intimidation are all true and I understand the message you are trying to convey. I would refrain though from using statements such as "mass deportation." Even though the overwhelming majority of gang crime is committed by Hispanics they are still, for the most part, American citizens. That would be like saying lets ship off all white people because most methamphetamine or sex offending crimes are committed by them. It just gives too much ammunition for the race baiters on here whos names need no mention. Bottom line these are not just brown and white problems but are problems all of us as a whole community need to stomp out together.
