I just wanted to point out that Raines has no ownership of this patent. Patent assignment dictates patent ownership, which are assigned by the inventors. This is because a company cannot be listed as an Inventor of any patent, so one of their employees must be listed (who then forfeit their ownership by assigning assignees).
