When analyzing these situations in a community one must question were the community has failed to let gangs filter in and control the streets. Portland is a beautiful city. The leadership of the Portland community must stand up to the criminals and the gangs. The leadership must focus on cleaning up the city and suburbs regardless of any negative feedback. If this does not happen Portland may end up being another Detroit.
