HEY TEABAGGERS, don't put your return address on the envelope...I addressed mine to The Whitehouse on The Hill...I have been wondering about this: I have always been under the impression that Companies gave bonuses when the Company made profits...so why are they getting these bonuses for doing a bad job.....Another thing is IRS has a ruling that overcompensation to Officers is not allowed when it creates a NOL (Net Operating Loss)..so why isn't this ruling being enforced in these over payments of bonuses...are they losing money and operating in the RED or not?
All prisons are cutting overhead, especially the private prisons, their investors want dividends on their share of stocks; therefore, the Inmates pay the price due to lack of supplies and medical care, not to mention the watered down food they eat.Private Prisons are not held accountable like the State and Federal under Civil Rights and they need to be shut down if they are not being operated humanely. The State and Federal lack a lot but at least there are some controls. The best way to cut overhead is to release the non-violent Inmates, put the Mentally Ill into the necessary State Hospitals for proper care. send all the Illegals back to their homelands and get them off the Taxpayers Payroll.
