This is the most frightening thing I have ever heard of. Can you imagine being forcibly held down by a bunch of cops and having a needle stuck in you? What about the liability if it turns out the person wasn't drunk, can you imagine the lawsuit? When do we stop calling them officers, and start calling them gestapo?
I think that all 4 boys should be tried as adults. If they are old enough to think up something this sick and twisted, they are old enough to face the consequences. I feel so bad for the little girl. With her different background and culture, this is extremely delicate. I hope someone steps up and shows her the love that she needs.
Okay, I'm confused. A teacher that rapes 2 students gets 25 years to life, and a killer gets 10 years? Boy is our justice system messed up. I wish all sex offenders got life, but this is really backwards.

30 days for killing someone? Thats it? That is so outrageous. We need to change the laws if 5 months was all she was allowed to give this kid, and she gives him 30 days. He deserves a few years. The punishment needs to be so severe that people think before they shoot at something without knowing what it is. If I was that ladies family, I would be livid.
