Merely a quick one page search found the following by a UN fact finding board. (I'll let you ferret out the details for that report you'll be sending):

The report accuses the Israeli Defense Forces of "disproportionate force and the causing of great damage and destruction to civilian property and infrastructure, and suffering to civilian populations". The report concluded:
On the basis of the facts we found, that there was strong evidence to establish that numerous serious violations of international law, both humanitarian law and human rights law, were committed by Israel during the military operations in Gaza”.

Well, the ACLU has plenty of lawyers (better one's than me and I'm betting you) and they seem to feel they'll win. And they have a history of being right.
They don't do these suits to lose.

No, but if you look it up (and don't need to look very far) you can find over a dozen times that the UN (among other international org's) have cited Israel for crimes against humanity and breaking the geneva conventions.
Can YOU find one of THOSE against Palestinians?
