So let's arm ALL of them, and you get 86 accidental deaths from guns each year in schools. Though this is likely to be a low projection, since the vast majority of those 52 million gun owners aren't carrying their guns around for their entire workdays or anywhere near the amount of time said teachers would be armed. Add into this what can be a highly stressful environment that are schools, doubly so for overcrowding.For fun let's add in a bunch of children with little to no self control. Arming school teachers is a dumb idea. You MIGHT prevent more mass shootings, but you'll likely end up with more dead kids.
