Burns clearly states on his website (www.timburnsforcongress.com) and in the video referenced above that he has no political experience and he gives the reasons he is running. I fail to see how an announcement and a few posts here create a "RINO SMELL". Seems to me to be a rush to judgement without knowing any facts.

Russell may be a good guy, but he lost.
This next election is going to be about the economy. Burns is a business guy. With all due respect to Russell, he's been out of the military for about a year, while Burns has built a 400 employee business. In addition, Burns grew up in the district, has family and friends in the district, while Russell only moved there in 2009 to run against Murtha.

I think Burns has a much better chance to beat Murtha.
